Ok, yes, we are noobs! At least at setting up blogs apparently. We caught a nasty little virus yesterday, maybe you have heard of it: The Blackhole exploit kit. But the good news is we found it, squished it and plugged up the tiny crack where it had gotten in.
Our site is clean as a whistle now thanks to our fabulous webmaster Shane, so a big high five for Shane! He double dog dares you to scan this site, it is C-L-E-A-N!
The only bummer is that in our thorough fumigation of the blog some stuff got moved and we lost all of our previous comments. 🙁 Sorry folks! But hey, we are comment friendly as always so hit us up if you have something to add.
The Good News: We have lots of awesome posts scheduled for this month AND we got our RSS feed up so hit that little orange button to stay tuned!

Hi! I clean small offices and love it, but I have frdiens who do residential so I will try to help you. You usually do not need a business license to get started, they are used to open a business bank account and so the government can try to squeeze money out of you. that said, you should call your local city or county clerk s office and check to see if a license or permit is required (note the word required). Some cities and towns now require a permit to do this type of service. If it isn t required, you can wait until you need a bank account. You really need to get some liability insurance or a bond. It doesn t need to be for much, but it will protect you from claims (usually false) of damage or theft. he insurance company will take care of those claims and generally they never have to pay out because your customer has to prove it was you that did it. The price for this insurance varies a lot from one company to another, so call as many insurance agencies as you can and get quotes for the least amount available. You can increase it later. Now, sit down and make a list of why your services are superior to other cleaners. Use this list and make up an eye catching flier. Post these in places like gyms and country clubs (one of my frdiens has had great luck getting customers this way).I have tons of more tips and resources on my Squidoo lens about starting a cleaning business. The link is in my Profile.Best of luck to you! Was this answer helpful?
I love your writing style, it’s hilarious 😀 “squished” the virus! Lol!
