How to Prepare for a One-Time Cleaning Service
Many of the customers who hire a special events’ cleaning are first time customers. We understand it might be a bit confusing for them to find out what they should do to prepare for any type of cleaning.
But don’t worry! With Emily’s Maids, we want you to relax and focus on the important tasks for your day, and keep cleaning away from your mind.
1. Reminder Before Cleaning Day
We’ll reach out the day before to confirm your appointment and make sure you’ll be available.
2. On Cleaning Day
If you’ll be home: Greet our cleaning team and let them in.
If you’ll be away: Leave your keys in a safe spot or in a lockbox and share the combination with our team.
If you work from home: You’re welcome to stay, but please give our staff space to work comfortably. You may need to step out of the room briefly.
3. After the Cleaning
Our team will leave a detailed checklist of all completed tasks.
We’ll also follow up shortly after to make sure you’re happy with the service and hear your feedback.
